We had dinner together at a great Mexican restaurant. Dinner was divine, by the way. No one begging for a happy meal, no one wiggling in my lap or elbowing me. No begging any little person to eat their veggies. Nope, just me and my man with the cheese dip all to ourselves. I'm as selfish as I am goofy, apparently.
This picture captured our expression on the way out to dinner. Aren't we purty? Can you tell we need a break?

You deserve it!! Enjoy every moment to the fullest!!!
I don't hate you, but I'll admit to being a wee bit jealous. ;-P
Enjoy your down time. Get lots accomplished and be sure to get in some fun *you* time.
Sweet! I wonder what I'd do! Probably read, drink coffee and go to stores where children can't go.
Enjoy! Happy turkey time!
Oh how peaceful it is in your home. I am glad you get some time and we got to play with the kids last night. Baby O had a blast. So good they could get together.
Enjoy the time to yourself and with your husband! What a blessing!
ha ha that made me laugh.
Oh how divine! I am sure you enjoyed every minute. To have parents within a "meet you halfway" distance... that would be wonderful!
And Happy Late Birthday! : )
